Essenza Web Design (hereinafter the "Controller") is the data controller of your personal data (hereinafter "Data") and, pursuant to EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (hereinafter "GDPR"), ensures its confidentiality and protection against any possible violation.
Data processing is based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of privacy and the rights of the data subject, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

What data we process, why and on what legal basis
We collect the following data for the following purposes:
Automatically collected data. During browsing, the website collects data essential for its operation. This data is processed, for the strictly necessary time, solely to obtain statistical information on the use of the site and to monitor its regular functioning. Providing this data is mandatory as it is directly connected to the web browsing experience.
Data voluntarily provided by the user.
Data entered by the user in the contact form on www.essenzawebdesign.com — in particular: email address.
Data provided through the voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on the Essenza Web Design website.
The legal bases justifying the processing are:
